Results of the Heart Safe User Survey: 2023

The Heart Safe Team would like to extend a sincere thanks to all the Coordinators and Website Users who completed the recent User Survey.

The results were overwhelmingly positive, and the team is very grateful for the many kind words and encouraging statements shared as part of the feedback. In addition, there were many insightful comments and wonderful suggestions which have allowed us to explore ways to improve the program and user experience.

We have acted on some feedback already, including sharing information about success stories, community initiatives and clarification about consumables such as batteries.

Other suggestions included customization options for emails as well as formatting changes to the website and layout. We have begun work on these improvements, and our web development team is working diligently to make these changes.

Outside of designated User Surveys, we always welcome feedback, suggestions, and inquiries. Website users are encouraged to reach out by filling out this form or emailing PAD@ahs.ca.

The Heart Safe Team would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude towards all the individuals, businesses and organizations that have registered their devices with our provincial registry. Thank you for your ongoing support of the program and know that you are making a difference and improving cardiac arrest outcomes in your community!
